The Clay County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on February 3, 2022 at 6:45 pm in the multi-purpose room of the Clay County courthouse located at 261 Courthouse Drive, Hayesville, North Carolina. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public input on the proposed moratorium regarding crypto mining in Clay County. All interested parties are invited to present comments at the public hearing regarding the same.
